Policy Terms
We offer a refund policy that applies BEFORE submitting your document application. By
purchasing services on this site, you agree to adhere to the terms of this policy, along with
the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and any other relevant policy or
condition displayed on the site. Once you review and approve the submission forms after
your purchase, your approval of these documents will waive your right to a refund
thereafter. In the event of a significant error on your application, we will resubmit it on
your behalf at no extra charge, but a refund will not be provided.
Requests for refunds before submitting your document application must be made
through email using the Contact form.
Your request will be handled within 24-48 hours upon receiving all the requested
information. Approved refunds will be reimbursed to the original payment method used
during purchase and typically reflect in your account within 1-7 business days, depending
on your financial institution’s procedures and billing cycle. If 10 days have elapsed and
your refund has not appeared in your account, please reach out to our Billing Department
for further assistance.
Notice Regarding Chargebacks
By availing our services, you consented to abide by the service terms and our refund
policy. Initiating a chargeback to secure a refund outside of these conditions constitutes
a breach of these terms. We treat this matter with utmost seriousness and may report
suspicious payment disputes to both the payment processors and the issuing body of the
foreign Government, along with other relevant agencies, providing evidence of fraud if
applicable. Chargeback fraud is considered a criminal offense, and engaging in such
behavior may lead to temporary or permanent exclusion from entry to the destination
country, as well as potential criminal and civil charges. We encourage our clients to reach
out to us to address any encountered issues and to prevent any possible or future
complications.
Non-Refundable Fees
Please be aware that this policy does not extend to government fees submitted to the
issuing authority or other relevant governmental agencies. When you submit payment to
a government agency, you are essentially paying for a government service. The filing and
biometric service fees paid to these agencies are definitive and non-refundable,
regardless of the actions taken by the government office concerning your application,
petition, or request, or if you decide to withdraw your application/request. We are unable
to refund or credit any funds paid to third parties involved in processing your order, such
as medical examiners or translators.
